Advice & Guidance

Thank you for visiting my web site. Its purpose is not to overwhelm you with information overload but rather to give you an easy to follow guide to the options and choices available. I hope you find it helpful and that, when you’re ready, you will give me the opportunity to quote.

I firmly believe that listening closely is the only way consistently to meet (and where possible exceed) my customers’ requirements. With that in mind I will not come to you with an agenda, but recognising that every home is different, to hear and understand exactly what you are looking for.

I have a great deal of product knowledge and I will, of course, advise as appropriate. I will also point out any problems and potential problems if I see any. You may find my guidance helpful in a number of areas such as:

  • Choice of materials
  • benefits and features of specific materials
  • planning and Building Regulations
  • security
  • heat preservation and energy ratings
  • maintenance

What I promise is that my advice will always be objective, and having satisfactorily answered your questions you will be left in peace to make decisions in your own time.
